- Our immigration document preparation service uses the answers provided by the client to complete legal forms on their behalf. Our review of your responses is limited solely to completeness, spelling and grammar, internal consistency of names, addresses, and the like. At no time do we review your responses for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide advice, or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation.
- Each service is unique and the work for your immigration document preparation service begins as soon as your file is opened. There is no refund or credit issued under any circumstances once a service request has been signed and payment made to Forms USA, LLC.
- The failure of a United States embassy or consulate to issue an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa, or the failure of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to approve a petition or application or any other decision made by any institution of the United States Government, contrary to your wishes, or delays caused by the United States Government system, are not grounds for reimbursement. There is no warranty, implied or otherwise, for the approval, issuance, or award of any matter in which we have been contracted to assist you, as the issuance of any benefits related to travel and / or migration to the United States is at the entire discretion of the United States government. No other person or institution can implicitly guarantee, or in any other way, the granting of a migratory status or benefit.
- At Forms USA, LLC, our staff cannot promise or speculate as to specific outcomes or time frames regarding the legal matter that you are pursuing, because they are not qualified to do so.If you want to learn more about USCIS processing time, you can go to: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
- You are responsible for monitoring your mail and email frequently and be on the lookout for notifications sent directly to you by USCIS. Forms USA, LLC does not receive mail on behalf of clients as we are not your legal representative. Clients, as Pro Se litigants, are fully responsible for their cases and all their notifications. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain his/her address updated with USCIS. If you need assistance doing so, we can help you complete the change of address form based on the information provided by you.
- At Forms USA, LLC, we may provide customers with publicly available legal information and procedural assistance, such as how to file documents. Our staff cannot and will not review completed forms and/or documents for the purpose of giving opinions as to legal sufficiency, errors, or omissions, as we are not qualified to do so.
- We assist you by completing the blank spaces on pre-printed USCIS / DHS forms as permitted by 8 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 1.1 (K). Although we review your documents for typographical errors and proofread your documents prior to delivery and although we will correct clerical errors brought to our attention, you are ultimately responsible for inspecting your documents and forms for content, errors, and/or omissions. We assume no liability for damages caused by using our services.
- Every person has the right to self-representation but we understand that navigating through the preparation of USCIS forms alone can be a very overwhelming and stressful process, especially for non-english speakers.You have chosen to represent yourself but you don’t want to do it by yourself and this is why we are here! The proper completion of your forms for your desired petition or application is a key step in being able to achieve your goals in the United States and we are here to help you do so. Entering your information in immigration forms can be difficult and it is very easy to make mistakes when you cannot read English, but our bilingual specialists do this everyday and are known for being careful and precise when entering data on forms. A wrong entry or typo could create delays on your petition or application; for this reason, seeking assistance can make a difference. Our clients trust us for our expertise and expeditious preparations, and our representatives are well known because of their very caring customer service and affordable prices.
- At Forms USA, LLC we count with a team of experts which consists of Service Sales Representatives, Immigration Document Preparers, Interpreters and Translators.
- Service Sales Representative – The person who will inform you about the cost of our service and the immigration fees associated with your particular service need. This person will provide you with the list of documents and information needed from you so we can prepare your requested petition or application as per the USCIS instructions which are of public access.
- Immigration Document Preparer – The person who will complete your USCIS application on behalf of you based on all of the information provided by you and under your supervision.
- Interpreter – The person who will assist you, the petitioner or applicant, in reading the instructions and questions on a benefit request as needed and if applicable.
- Translator – The person who will translate your documents, if applicable, from the original language into English and who declares to do so accurately and completely to the best of his/her ability.The translation of your supportive documents is included in our service fee.
- A USCIS certified translation is essentially a sworn statement affirming the translator’s ability to translate a document from the original language to the English language accurately for your immigration petition or application. According to the Code of Federal Regulations (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)), any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator’s certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English.Our translations are not apostilled as it is not required by USCIS.
- Our translators are not international lawyers or representatives of other countries. They do not know the laws of other countries or the specific requirements of the Embassy or Consulate offices. The translator’s responsibility is to only translate your documents into english.
- Difficult to read documents cannot be translated. Once the translation is complete, it will be emailed to you as a courtesy if requested by you. If any errors are found in your translation, we will make the necessary corrections.
- Nothing about Forms USA, LLC, name(s), or the titles we use, i.e., “Immigration Document Preparer”, Immigration Forms Specialist”, “Document preparer”, “Document Preparer Assistant”, etc., or any written summary on this website describing the past work history or general experience and/or qualifications of any of our owners or employees is intended to hold himself, herself, or themselves out to the public as being qualified to practice law in the State of Florida.
- No one on our staff is a lawyer, paralegal, law clerk or legal assistant. None of our owners, officers, or employees are willfully pretending to be, or are willfully taking or using any name, title addition, or description implying that he or she is qualified, or recognized by law as qualified, to practice law in this state, or any states or territory in the United States because they are not.
- Upon hiring our services for your document preparation needs and signing our service application, you are acknowledging that Forms USA, LLC is not a Law Firm, or a Paralegal office; therefore, none of the staff of Forms USA, LLC can call himself/herself a paralegal because according Rule 10-2.1 (b) of the Rules Regulating, The Florida Bar defines a paralegal as a person who works under the supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible.
- Forms USA, LLC is a non-lawyer Immigration Document Preparation Service Organization and thus, you are conscious that our staff may not give legal advice, cannot tell you what your rights or remedies are, cannot tell you how to testify in court, and cannot represent you in court.
- Any opinion that you have formed contrary to what is stated in this NON-LAWYER DISCLAIMER, DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT is incorrect, and you should leave this website and seek legal advice as if you have legal questions you are encouraged to consult with or retain a suitably qualified immigration attorney to check and confirm your individual situation with as we are not qualified to do so.
- If you decide to hire or utilize the services offered by Forms USA, LLC, you will be asked to review and sign our Service Application which includes this NON-LAWYER DISCLAIMER AND DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WITH NOTICE OF LIMITATION OF SERVICES PROVIDED . With your signature, you are acknowledging you have read this NON-LAWYER DISCLAIMER AND DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WITH NOTICE OF LIMITATION OF SERVICES PROVIDED and understand what is stated herein and that you are responsible for paying all fees listed on your application and that no service may be submitted on your behalf without full payment of all fees listed on your service application.
